One survivor's journey from silence to advocacy and self-discovery.

For years, I didn't speak about what happened. The words felt stuck in my throat, too heavy to lift, too sharp to form. Silence became my safety, my shield, my prison.

Finding my voice wasn't a single moment—it was thousands of small moments. A therapist who waited patiently. A friend who didn't push. A journal filled with words I never thought I'd say aloud. A support group where I finally whispered, "Me too."

Now I use that voice not just to tell my story, but to amplify others. To advocate for change. To tell the girl who hasn't spoken yet: Your voice is there, waiting. And when you're ready, we'll listen.
